I laughed and responded that I’ve been reading them for so long (going on nine years) that it doesn’t even faze me now.
For those who are not familiar with Matthew and his messages, channeled through his mother, let me fill you in a bit.
You can read the entire story here but in a nutshell, Matthew died in a car accident at age 17 and years and years later, his mother (Suzy Ward) began to receive messages from him essentially telling her that part of her work here on Earth was to transcribe these messages about life on “the other side” and get them out to a wider audience.
“After her 17-year old son Matthew was fatally injured in a vehicle crash in 1980, Suzanne (Suzy) Ward contacted mediums for news of him, and all of them told her that when the time was right, she would communicate with him directly.
It was early in 1994 when Suzy and Matthew connected telepathically. During the first weeks they talked about his life in Earth’s spirit world, and then he started introducing members of several civilizations that are spiritually, intellectually and technologically far advanced from our own.
Matthew told his mother that her profession as journal editor was part of their family’s pre-birth agreement, the experience she needed to organize the transmissions she was receiving from him and many other extraterrestrial souls. He said her primary lifetime mission was to publish their information about this unprecedented era in the universe as Earth ascends into her Golden Age of planetary peace.
Suzy formed Matthew Books in 2001, and by the end of 2003, the company had published “Matthew, Tell Me about Heaven,” “Revelations for a New Era,” “Illuminations for a New Era,” and “Voices of the Universe.” Since then, English editions have sold in 50 countries and one or more of the books have been translated into 11 foreign languages. Except for “Heaven,” the books have been revised to include updated information, and Suzy’s book, “Amusing to Profound–My Conversations with Animals I and II,” came out in 2012.”
So, yeah. I can see how that might be a bit out there but not that much, right?
If you read through the messages, you’ll hear Matthew talk a lot about the Illuminati (they are real, unfortunately), groups like the “galatic federation” (real, too) and lots of other things that we don’t often discuss in open company. (I don’t, in any case.)
Yet, I find his words to be of such a high vibration, and consistently so, that I cannot discount them. There’s a spiritual group I know from a political website who also follows Matthew’s messages and almost to a person, they feel that same high vibration.
That’s the hallmark of spiritual guidance – the high vibration. Matthew never, ever sends negative, “fear-based” messages. He talks of how each of us, on our own soul path, can assist the collective ascension of Mother Earth.
Since I’ve been reading his messages, I have been able to understand the bigger picture of all the chaos swirling around and it’s helped me to hold that high vibration in my own life.
Bottom line: read the messages for yourself and do a gut-check.
Does it resonate with you?
Does it feel “off” somehow?
That’s the only way you’ll be able to discern what is truth *for you* in this kind of stuff. Just because I say it feels high vibration to me and I put a lot of stock in it, doesn’t mean it’s right for you. Only you can know that. It’s all part of that “self-authority” thing I go on and on about.
Archangel Gabriel once told me that if something doesn’t resonate with you, that means there’s no lesson there for you. Doesn’t mean it’s not someone’s “truth”, just means it’s not relevant for your work here in this incarnation. I’ve seen that to be true in my own life.
Matthew’s Messages bring me hope, help me understand the larger picture, allow me to understand events that may be beyond my understanding and solidify for me that life goes on, albeit in a different energetic form. That’s MY truth.
