Why aren’t you asking for help? It’s right there!

By Lisa Wechtenhiser

I was talking with one of my wonderful clients today and she asked me this question: “If people know that there’s support and help from their Guides and the Universe, why don’t they take advantage of it?”

Good question!

personal_and_professional_coaching_1_Why wouldn’t someone open up to the love, wisdom and company that they offer?

There are probably many, many reasons but the first one that comes to me is just plain fear.

Fear of:

*Being disappointed – what if I start to rely on them and then something big happens and they’re nowhere to be found?? I’ll feel like a fool for having trusted in something I can’t see AND I won’t have anyone to walk with me when the going gets tough.

*Asking for what I want and then it doesn’t show up.

* Walking a different path than those around me – what will people say if I tell them I can hear (feel, see, talk with) my Guides? Will someone put me in the nuthouse?

Just because we can sit here and say all that sounds silly and none of it happens (or I’d be blogging to you from ye olde nuthouse on the corner!), it still feels very real. It’s hard to trust in what you cannot see and know for sure. That need to know FOR SURE stops a lot of people right in their tracks.

It stops them from asking for help.

It stops them from receiving that help when they have asked.

Your Guides and Teachers can only help you if you ask. Period.

And, as I talked about a few posts ago, they cannot and will not play the part of your master. They are your partners. That means you have to step up and do your part by asking AND then taking action.

Don’t let fear stop you from stepping up and asking for help.

Don’t let the need to know WHY things happen as they do stop you from taking action on the guidance you get. Sometimes, you can only see the ‘why’ in hindsight (sometimes, not at all!) – the trick is just acting in faith. (I call it “Faith-Walking”)

The help is there.

ASK for it to reveal itself to you in whatever way is for your highest good.

And act on what shows up.

Jodi Chapman helps us “Come Back To Life” with new E-course!

Jodi Chapman  is a dynamo!

She’s an inspirational author, having co-written with her husband Dan Teck the bestselling Soulful Journal series and the upcoming book “Coming Back to Life: How An Unlikely Friend Helped Me Reclaim My True Spirit” .

Jodi’s also the creator of the wonderful E-course “Coming Back to Life” which starts October 1st.  You might have heard me mention it a time or two in my recent newsletters.  Along with many other names you may recognize, I’m one of the contributors to this delightful offering.

She’s poured her heart and soul into this project so here, in her own words, is what it’s all about!

Lisa: Jodi, can you tell the Practically Intuitive readers a bit about yourself?

Jodi:  Sure! I am an inspirational writer. (I still pinch myself when I write that because it’s such a dream come true.) I am definitely evidence that our lives can change drastically once we make our minds up and begin to leap toward our dreams. I write the blog Soul Speak, and I am so grateful for the loving community there.

Lisa What inspired you to create the “Coming Back to Life” E-course?

Jodi: I was given a helping hand when I needed it so desperately, and this course is my way of offering my own hand to anyone else who is stuck and needing to wake up to their own life.

Just two years ago, I was in a very different place. I definitely wasn’t awake. I was feeling lost and numb and completely disconnected from my soul and from all of life. Like so many of us, I was living my life on auto-pilot. I was alive in the sense that my body was functioning – my heart was beating, and I was getting up each day and going to work, but I wasn’t REALLY living. I was just going through the motions – sleepwalking through life – and I wasn’t even aware of it.

And it’s not like this numbing out happened overnight – it happened gradually over a period of many years. Throughout my life, when something or someone hurt me, it felt like a little part of me left. I’ve always been a sensitive soul, and sometimes it was just easier to retreat rather than feel the pain. I also have lived most of my life feeling afraid and stepping back rather than leaping when I was called to take a chance.

Also, I had spent several years in survival mode – struggling to get by financially, and was numb and needed to wake up and start living, I would’ve seen this as frivolous and not a great way to make sure all the bills were paid. So all of these pains and fears and struggles piled up on top of each other – creating a dark cloud over my heart. It was just easier to go to sleep and not think about it or feel any of it.

Two years ago, all of the struggles in my life came to a head – my husband and I had to move under very stressful and surprising circumstances, we were having a hard time staying passionate about our struggling gift business, we were drowning in bills with no light that we could see at the end of the tunnel, and we had just lost two people who meant a lot to us. So we were grieving and trying to put our life back together at the same time. All I wanted to do was crawl into my bed, pull the covers up, and wake up when everything was better again. I didn’t know how I was going to keep going.

That’s when the helping hand came. My loved one who had just died began communicating with me from the other side. He was my childhood sweetheart, and we hadn’t spoken in almost 20 years. I was definitely not open to this sort of thing at all, so it took an entire year of him sending me signs and me asking for more signs and on and on before we finally could get to work.

And once we did, my entire world opened up. He helped me see that being here on Earth is such a beautiful gift – a gift that we have chosen to be a part of. He helped me see that I wasn’t really living. And he helped me wake up and step back into my life again.

Our journey together has been life-changing for me. Everything changed – all because I now saw things through a different lens. I now know that my time here is precious, and I can choose to come back to life. We all can.

That’s why I created this course. I was given this beautiful gift, and I didn’t want to keep it all to myself. I want to be the helping hand for anyone who wanted to start living again and wasn’t sure how to do it.

Lisa: Wow! What a journey! And I love that you totally got the lessons there for you and turned it around and are sharing what you learned with others.  That’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?  Can you tell us a bit about the E-course?

Jodi: The Coming Back to Life E-course begins on 10/1 and lasts for 6 weeks. It’s a helping hand, a set of concrete tools, and a loving support system all wrapped up into one heartfelt course!

This course is for those of us who have ever felt disconnected from life – from our soul. It’s for those of us who have felt our light dimming. It’s for those of us who know that there is more to life than simply getting through the day.

This course is for those of us who are ready to plug back into this magical universe, reconnect with our soul, and open our hearts again. It’s for those of us who are no longer willing to just “get by” and sleepwalk through our days. It’s for those of us who are ready – truly ready – to start living fully.

Lisa: I have been there and done that! It makes all the difference having someone to shine the light for you as you walk the path, holding hands with others for safety and courage.  How’s it all work?

Jodi:  Each Monday for 6 weeks (starting October 1) , you’ll receive an email with that week’s goodies (the workbook, videos, guided meditation, soul art, etc.). You can either set aside a chunk of time each day to spend on the course, or you can take one day to work through all of it. It’s completely up to you!

Every Thursday, you have the option of being part of the live online chat where we can connect about that week’s content. There are optional assignments every week where you can participate with the Facebook group, too!

All of this is completely optional though and can be completely self-paced. Some of us work better in a group, and some of us work better on our own. This course can be as group oriented or as self-paced as you are comfortable with.

If you find that it’s too much for your busy schedule, slow down and stretch it out. The material is yours forever, and you can go through it when the time is right for you.

Here’s what the course includes:

  • Over 150 pages of love – including weekly lessons + soulful activities. This is where you get to show up for yourself. This is where you get to reconnect with your soul and discover who you are deep down at your wisest, most loving core.
  •  Heartfelt Videos. This course contains over 30 soulful videos! Each week includes at least one video from me sharing that week’s message, one from an inspirational soul sharing their story, and one designed to teach, inspire, and offer concrete tools that you can apply to your own life.
  •  Guided Meditations. Each week contains a guided meditation that is specific to that week’s message. They are grounding and calming, and I find them to be so helpful.
  •  Beautiful offerings from over 35 soulful friends who are also on this journey of self-discovery. These friends have been on a similar journey and are brave enough to share their experiences with you. Whether they share their stories and inspirational messages through video, audio, artwork, or writing – they all serve the same purpose: to help lift you up and see that you are not alone. We have all experienced the darkness, and we have all opened up to the light.
  • A private Facebook community. In this community, we can all join to support each other in our journeys, ask questions, and share our experiences. This community will be available to you even after the course ends.
  • Weekly chat sessions. This will be a space where we can go deeper into the material, truly support each other at the soul level, and really create a tribe filled with love and nurturing energy. I will commit to spending at least one hour each week there to talk in real time with you!
  • My guidance/story. Throughout my life, I have found that I like to have things modeled for me – it helps me retain what I’m learning if I can see how someone else implements it in their own life. With that in mind, each week includes my own experiences and what I have learned along the way.
  • Soul Art. I have designed printable posters to go with each week’s message. Perfect for hanging up around your sacred space and filling your soul with love each time you see it!
  • Surprises. Who doesn’t love surprises? I have a few fun things up my sleeve that I’ll be sprinkling throughout the course – gifts of love that I can’t wait to share with you!
  • Bonus gifts. When you register for this course, you’ll received instant access to over $150 in amazing bonus gifts!

When you register, you’ll immediately have access to the private Facebook Group, where we are already getting to know each other! You’ll also be able to download all of the bonus gifts and start going through them right away.

Lisa: Jodi, that is an amazing course! Holy cow!  I really like the idea of it being self-paced if that’s what someone needs. Sometimes life just gets in the way and you fall behind and feel left out. And there are lots of others who need the support and encouragement of others going through it at the same time.  Yes, Virginia, it can be all things to all people!

Speaking of which, Can you tell us some of the benefits to joining the E-course?

Jodi:  Oh my gosh, there are so many!

First, I would say that the biggest benefit for anyone who enrolls is to know that they have taken the first step toward embracing their life. They have walked toward the light and are sending a clear message to their soul that they are no longer okay with sleepwalking through life. Through awareness comes healing, and recognizing that your life isn’t how you would like it to be is the first step toward creating the life you want to be living.

Second, I would say that knowing you aren’t alone in feeling this way is a huge relief and a benefit that will last a lifetime. Like I said earlier, I went through much of my life completely closed off to outside help, and it was a very lonely way to live. Once I opened up and allowed others in, everything changed. I now feel love constantly pouring in, and I am constantly letting it flow out as well. It’s a much more free and loving way to live, and you’ll definitely experience that within the course.

And that’s just a sampling of the benefits! There’s a lot more to encounter along the way.

Lisa: How can going through this course really bring change into our life?  So many courses promise it but sometimes it doesn’t materialize.  How can we be sure?

Jodi:  Well, this course can’t change your life unless you are willing to change the way you are living your life. You have to be open to it and you have to be willing to put in the work. That may sound harsh, but it’s the truth. I have read tons of self-help books throughout my life and was always disappointed when nothing changed. Well, it was because I simply read the book but didn’t apply any of the teachings to my own life. I read them like I would read a novel – simply for enjoyment rather than to learn and REALLY change and grow.

If you sign up for this course and simply watch the videos and read through the workbook but don’t apply any of the exercises to your own life, I’m sure you will enjoy everything but I would bet that nothing in your life will change. You have to make the choice to take action. You have to be so fed up with your current way of living that you are honestly ready to make a change.

And if you are, then this course really can help you. It’s based on what I went through in my own life, so I know that it works.

Once you decide to wake up and start living fully, you will begin to examine why you stopped living and then you get to figure out how to heal from that, forgive yourself and anyone else that needs to be forgiven, open up to the universe, and begin embracing your life again.

And no, it’s not always as easy as this makes it sound. But once you begin and once you feel that glimmer of hope again – that feeling that you probably haven’t felt in a really long time – you won’t want to turn around.

You’ll want to keep moving toward the light. I guarantee it. This course will start you on a beautiful journey that you will continue for the rest of your life.

Lisa: Oh yeah! I’m totally with you on that – you have got to change some actions down here in the third dimension to see change here in the third dimension.  So, what do you hope people will take with them at the end of the six weeks?

Jodi:  I want them to see that there is another way to live. I want them to really know that we have a choice – we truly don’t have to go through life simply going through the motions and just getting through the day. There is an entire universe out there that we are only just beginning to tap into. Our soul is connected to such a beautiful world – and waking up is the key to experiencing this way of life.

Lisa: Where can my readers find out more about joining in?

Jodi:  They can go to the “Coming Back to Life” page where they’ll  learn all about the course, including each week’s content, a detailed description of all they’ll receive in the course, and a complete list of contributors and bonuses!

Lisa: Awesome! I can’t wait to see it up and running! It sounds fabulous.  Any last thoughts for us?

Jodi: We have all felt disconnected from our soul and the universe throughout our lives. This is completely normal. And when we feel this way, it can be hard to know how to plug back in. When I was feeling numb, I had a friend help guide me back. That’s why I created this course – to be that helping hand for you. To offer concrete tools and a loving community to support you in your journey back home. I would be thrilled if you joined us.

Isn’t it time you woke up and embraced your life again?

Isn’t it time we all did?

This amazing e-course begins on October 1st – I hope you’ll choose to come back to life!

Lisa: Thanks so much, Jodi.  You’ve done some big work and I know it will shine the light for many who truly need it.  I’m so glad to be a part of it!

(UBC) Day 28: David Neagle explains how to create a rock solid mindset

Taken from today’s post on The Neagle Code David is one of the most interesting teachers I’ve come across because he makes me stop and look at things differently.

Like Caroline Myss, he has the ability to cut right through the bullshit and get to the point in the way he teaches. No airy-fairly Doreen Virtue woo (sorry, DV fans but she is way too ungrounded for this chick!) but a thorough understanding of the Laws of the Universe and how they work in daily life.

Every week, he posts a question received in his email box and answers it while teaching about the Universal Laws. The one posted today is a great example of how we need to uplevel our thinking AND actions to shift things around.

How do you get to frame your mind to be solid like a rock?

There are two key factors in creating a rock solid mindset.

One is understanding, and the other is experience.

Allow me to explain.

I am an avid student. One of the really great things my mentor taught me a long time ago was how to study, and to this day I never travel anywhere without my books.

I’m constantly holding my thoughts up to the light of the truth that is found in those books.

In this way, I can consciously understand what’s happening around me.

This is step one of a solid mindset. Study.

The second step is to give yourself a different experience, because you see, deep in your subconscious.experience creates understanding

If you don’t give your self a different experience, your new understanding doesn’t become part of who you are being.

Let me give you an example.

Sue is reading about abundance, and she learns that her environment is incredibly important in manifesting her desires. She consciously understands the concepts, and it makes complete sense to her.

She looks around her office and notices that she really needs some organizers and that flowers would really make a difference.

The next time she’s at the store, she sees the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and it stops her.

She really wants the flowers, but doesn’t like the price tag, and even though she feels different energetically around the flowers, she decides to pass them by because she believes they are too expensive.

Sue has a conscious understanding of the Laws, but she’s not putting those laws into practice, therefore her understanding has not become part of who she is being, and her mindset is not rock solid.

She desperately wants an abundant life, and yet, she makes her decisions based in lack.

Have faith in the Laws and put them into practice in every area of your life.

It’s the only way to create a rock solid mindset.

Make sense to you? I’d love to hear about it in the comments below.

Podcast #29: Have faith in what the Universe tosses your way

Today’s topic comes from Practically Intuitive reader Nick at Spiritualredux.com who asked how do we have faith in what the Divine throws at us?

As usual, I have a true-life example of holding the faith even when I was bathing in my own self-created chaos.

(Here’s a hint: we are all “the Divine” along with our team of Guides and teachers. Once you get it’s really YOU throwing stuff at yourself, it begins to make more sense.)

Listen in and see what I mean!

Hi and welcome to the weekly Practically Intuitive podcast. I’m Lisa from Practically Intuitive.com – your one stop shop for all things intuitive and practical!

We’ve still got a few spots left for the January two session special. I’ve talked with some really neat people this month and am loving doing the work with you all. If you’re interested in jumping in, see the details on the post for this podcast.

Today’s topic was a suggestion from Nick at SpiritualRedux.com. He asked how to have faith in what the divine throws your way. That’s a great question because you know and I know that the Universe can have an interesting (shall we say) sense of humor and toss all manner of things at us when we least want or expect them. How do you trust that what shows up is for your highest good?

First, let’s start with the very radical premise that you create what shows up for you. Good or bad or in-between, you are responsible for it. Can you accept that you have that power in your life? Can you further accept that you draw to you experiences that help you grow?

If you can wrap your head around that concept then it’s much easier to understand what’s going on when the Divine throws something your way.

And now: Lisa’s real life example #937:

In March of 2011, I was all on fire about leaving my day job and transitioning into this work full time. I had momenturm, things started lining up to show me it was the right time and I was so close to turning in my two-week notice. Then, all hell broke loose at my office, someone left and I had to step in and take on another full time job in addition to what I was already doing. So, instead of leaving one job for my soul work, I had two full time jobs and no time for my soul work.

The day job took every ounce of my energy and I had no time to create classes or do readings – Practically Intuitive almost ground to a halt. I had to step back and look at what was going on. On a mundane level, it was that I had no energy left for this work. But looking at it from a higher perspective, I realized how much it terrified me that I would leave behind a consistent paycheck for doing the work of my soul – trusting that the Universe would support me.

So, I bailed on my soul work. Because I was scared. It wasn’t until September or October that I decided I was not going to put Practically Intuitive on the back burner any longer. And I came back to that work in full force mode.

I take responsibility for drawing a lot of angst and drama to me that didn’t have to be there. Sure, things at my office would still have happened as they did but because I was scared of stepping out on my own, I made it a bigger deal than it really had to be.

How did I manage to have faith that I’d get through it? Because I saw what lined up for me when I was ready. But I still ran away. I really did. I had to acknowledge that and own it before I could give the Universe the Go-Ahead to start things up once more.

And when that door opens again, as I know it will because I’m driving that door-opening train, I will go through, probably a lot more prepared than I was last year.

See, here’s the thing: you work in co-creation with your Guides and Teachers and the Universe at large. You toss out an intention, they lob something back at you. What you do with that is up to you entirely.

I tossed out that I wanted to leave my job, they tossed back at me the one thing my husband said he’d need for him to feel comfortable about our finances. (And let me tell you that it was a specific amount of money that just showed up for me so not something that happens every day.) I could have used that sign as a means to move forward. Instead, it brought up my fears.

So when the divine (who is really you working with Guides, Teacher and your own higher self) tosses something at you, look at where it comes from. Look at the lessons you are being offered and decide how you want to move forward. Consciousness about all this makes a big difference. I knew that I was scared to move forward but I didn’t realize how much I was until I dragged something in that made me make a clear choice: more energy to day job or more energy to Practically Intuitive. I think you know where I landed on that decision!

No matter what shows up, there are lessons to be learned. Whatever path you take (or if you take no path and float through life), there are lessons your soul set up before you became the you you are right now. When the divine tosses stuff your way, remember that the power to shift and change it is right in your own hands. Have faith in your self.

That’s all for this week – thanks for listening. Please add your thoughts and comments over on my Facebook page or on the post for this podcast. Enjoy your week! This is Lisa from Practically Intuitive.com. Bye for now.

Podcast #15: Avoiding the baseball bat to the head: How to prevent small life lessons from escalating into big, painful ones

Have you been hit by the Universe’s baseball bat when you won’t take care of something in your life?

It doesn’t have to be that way. You can choose to get the nudges before they become cracks to your head. Much easier (and less painful!) that way, yes?

In today’s podcast, I talk more about this and share an experience in my own life where I didn’t pay attention soon enough and got “the bat”.

If the embedded player isn’t showing up for you, check out the PI Podbean page where all the podcasts are stored. You can also subscribe via iTunes and have the newest show downloaded automatically.

Is your own blind side getting in the way? Perhaps I can help you find some clarity.

I offer lots of readings and healing work to assist you with just this kind of thing.

from Practically Intuitive Podcasts

Hi everyone and welcome to the Practically Intuitive podcast – I’m Lisa from Practically Intuitive, and this is my weekly platform to discuss lots of things related to using your intuition in all facets of your life.

So, yeah. Am I gonna have to slug you in the head with a baseball bat? That would hurt, don’t you think?

(I hear you all saying “Lisa, what are you blathering about??”)

I am talking about learning the lessons that come to you throughout your life. Some big ones, lots of small ones, some you didn’t plan, lots you did. All lessons.

And the Universe has many ways of respecting our free will to accept those lessons (or not, as the case may be). It offers a nudge, a reminder, clues and a whole bunch of other little ways for us to see the issue at hand. Most times, these are pretty gentle.

What if, though, you don’t see what’s going on? What if you see but don’t act? What then? well, that’s when the Universe’s baseball bat comes out. A metaphorical one, of course, but it can hurt just the same.

Wouldn’t you rather get your lessons as nudges rather than a bat to the back of the head? I know I would and while I like to think I’m pretty conscious about things, I, too have my blind side. I’ve been hit with the bat a couple times in my life and one of those times is going on right now. It’s regarding a situation at my day job that I’ve known was brewing but for some reason, I thought I could handle it all. Sure, I can do two jobs, right?

Yeah, no, not so much. The baseball bat to the head was a couple weeks of drama and tension and unhappiness until I finally accepted the reality of the situation. Looking back, I see the nudges I was given, I see the excuses I made and I now see how I have gotten to the point where quitting that job is a very real option if I want to keep my mind/body/spirit intact.

One of the most important ways you can make your life a lot easier is to watch for the nudges, watch for the clues about these lessons. Then, DO SOMETHING based on that knowledge. Ignoring it because you don’t want to see it or deal with it puts you on the road to “Bat to the head” avenue.

Using my own situation, let me show you some places where I could have acted but chose not to thus setting me up for the bat:

Part of my persona at work was “the one who could help or fix everything for you” and while I liked being that person most of the time, I was unable to separate out what I could reasonably do with what was too much for me to take on.

Now, having realized that, I could have spoken up to my boss and said “I can do this and this but not that,” and let someone else step up. That would have been a good way to avoid the bat to the head.

Instead, I chose to get all martyr-like about it and just take on the work of two people while seething inside. Hoping that someone would see what was going on and magically take it out of my hands, I struggled through day after day.

Not quite bat time but clearly me not paying attention – it was staying in my comfort zone (by being the martyr – and thanks mom for all the training in that skill!) by being the one who can do it all.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, it suddenly dawns on me that I come home every night with a head on overload. Mostly, I sit and stare at a wall or surf the net randomly. I’ve lost my creativity, my joy for doing this intuitive work and my zest for life.

That’s okay, I think. Things will get better – someone will realize what’s going on and help me, right?

Another week goes by, the co-worker who wasn’t doing well is moved to another office. All his work, his full-time work, gets dumped on me now along with my other full-time duties. I go into the bathroom at work and cry.

Surely someone will realize this and come save me, won’t they?

End of the week – still staring at the wall, still not finding my joy and realizing I’m in deeper than I had ever, ever planned to be. Life as I know it sucks hard.

CRACK! That was the sound of the bat. I realized I had let myself get into this mess all along. No one was coming to save me. No one. I am the only one who can save myself.

This realization caused a wee breakdown but out of that came some big clarity. I have to lay down some boundaries now – such as handling one job or the other but not both – if I am ever to have my soul back. Doing this work with practically intuitive feeds my soul and if I’m not doing that work, then I’ve lost my biggest source of joy. The prospect of losing that and all the work I’ve put into it because I won’t speak up really hit me hard.

And it moved me into action. I’ve asked the Universe to show me all possible options for my next move whether that’s looking for a new job, speaking up at the old one and saying what I can and cannot do, even if it feels like letting everyone down, or some other thing yet to be determined.

It took me facing the loss of all I love and have worked for to prod me out of my “I can do everything “ box and I’m glad. I wish I had caught it sooner and made my voice heard at work but that’s okay. I got it just in time.

What is going on in your own life that you are tolerating? Will it take a bat to your head to get you to change direction? Or is there some smaller nudge that might do the same thing?

The lessons are the same whether you are getting a gentle nudge or a thwack of the bat. Really. So get it while it’s still gentle, okay?

Thanks for listening – this is Lisa from Practically Intuitive. Have a lovely week! Bye for now.

Is your own blind side getting in the way? Perhaps I can help you find some clarity. You can schedule an Intuitive Reading with me and get some insight from your Spirit Guides and me.

Things I can’t answer

You’ve got questions.  I’ve got answers. But not all of them.

Because many of the answers to your own questions have to be found by you.  Not given to you through someone else even if that someone else has a lovely, clear channel to Guides and Teachers and Angels.

See, here’s the thing: you incarnate into the physical to learn specific lessons that you cannot learn otherwise; lessons you’ve chosen prior to incarnation.  Much of your work here (vis a vis your spiritual path) is done through these lessons.  It’s a life-long pursuit, really.  You get bits and pieces and put it together, integrate it, get the lesson and keep moving,

You don’t get the lesson by someone telling you the answers.

Think back to grade school and all the tests you had to take.  What if the teacher walked up and down the aisle announcing the answers out loud?  Your whole class would get straight A’s but not one of you would understand the material you were being tested on.  By taking the lessons in smaller chunks and coming to understand the context, you get some perspective on how it all fits together.  You get it because YOU made the connections.  Not by being told by someone else.

My work, as I understand it, is like a tutor.  I help clarify the lesson, show you a couple different sides of what’s coming through, point out things you might have missed. My work is not to take the test for you.   I can’t tell you the purpose your soul chose for this incarnation.  I can’t.  That’s not mine to know.  It’s yours to find out by doing the spiritual work to understand what’s showing up for you.   I can help you read the signs and  get you back on the path if you’ve lost your way.  But I can’t answer the really big “Why am I here? What’s my soul purpose?” kind of questions.  They are yours alone to answer because that’s how you find the value in them.

I’d love to work with you to start putting the bits and pieces together and get you moving in the direction of your soul. Check out the Readings and Healing Work page to see what resonates. Wherever you start is exactly the right place to begin.
