Have you heard?
All month I’ll be doing some fun giveaways like Oracle Cards, 30 minute intuitive sessions, a copy of my E-book “Trust What You Get” and more!
To start off the month, I’m sharing a gift from my blog buddy Patricia (of “Patricia’s Wisdom” fame).
Patricia has just opened her doors with a wonderful service – Listening.
Yep, she will listen to you whether it’s you getting something off your chest that’s bugging you, practicing a speech before a big conference or soliciting some feedback on how to handle a conflict in a constructive way.
From her site WiseEars:
Clearing the mental chatter will enable you to connect with ideas and solutions – to clarify what it is you truly want to have happen. You will practice giving voice to yourself in a supportive, nonjudgmental and strictly confidential environment.
This week’s giveaway is a 25 minute listening session
with Patricia!

“WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU NEEDED TO BE HEARD BUT WEREN’T?”
Contest closes Sunday evening and the winner will be announced on Monday.
What a gift she gives! Sometimes it's nice to have an unbiased, caring ear to talk to!
What an inspired idea! Everyone needs this from time to time.
At first I didn't remember the last time I wasn't heard, but then the gang reminded me of an incident last month. My boyfriend's mom sent me a not very friendly email. This was the latest incident in my relationship with my boyfriend's mom and sister. They're wonderful women, but tend to lean towards the dramatic and love stirring the pot. My boyfriend knows this about them and accepts it and I was trying to get him to hear that he grew up with them and loves them despite the drama, I've only known them for a few years and most of my experience with them has been dramatic (either experiencing or witnessing) and given my background with a bipolar mom, it's taking me longer to accept this part of them. I felt like we were talking across the Grand Canyon, because he just kept telling me that I wasn't being flexible, open minded, forgiving and it was frustrating, because I just wanted him to understand that I was trying. I swear my gang had to have stepped in, because they gave me the words that made him HEAR me FINALLY! It's been great ever since. So that's my story.
Thank you for the lovely shout out Lisa…I look forward to listening to your "winner" of the giveaway…what fun
Love your website, Lisa- and thank you for the opportunity to enter this giveaway. I am especially enjoying your podcasts, which I found through Facebook. I've always had issues in my life around being listened to…
